Welcome on Hosteria della Pignatta from Binasco (South of Milan). Our Kitchen Simple and Genuine linked to the Italian regional traditions with some updates in a contemporary way. Here we start from the respect of the raw material, without too much work.

The menu is designed and set up for Celiacs and then the processing of raw materials is gluten free and for some time we prepare the dishes proposed in alternative vegetarian version and when possible vegan.

There is also a wide selection of wines Natural and Organic, and recently also Craft Beers.

We are always looking for Traditional Recipes and good quality products among the excellence of our Territory. We like to find the best products on farms that share with us the passion for quality.

The menu is varied dishes inspired by the Italian tradition based on ancient traditions that still are our inspiration. A lot of attention and care is given to the preparation of pasta dishes with homemade pasta and desserts carefully packaged by Matteo also Gluten fact despite the tradition and the attention paid to regional cuisine the majority of the dishes are meant for a Gluten kitchen free.

Since 2010 we are part of the Network "I pray you Accommodate" Organized by the AIC (Italian Celiac Association). The Celiac here will find bread for their teeth!
